OrmPC operates an online platform offering custom PCs, computer components, and related products. Certain products may be sold directly by OrmPC, while others may redirect users to external checkout experiences depending on availability and product type.
3. Purchases & Orders
Products purchased directly through OrmPC are subject to OrmPC’s pricing, payment, shipping, and return policies. For products where checkout is completed outside of OrmPC, the terms and policies of the platform where the transaction is completed will apply.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping, returns, and refunds for products sold directly by OrmPC are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. For orders completed outside OrmPC, shipping and return handling is governed by the policies of the respective platform.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the applicable courts within the jurisdiction of operation.
