Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

Products purchased directly through OrmPC are eligible for returns within the applicable return window shown at the time of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return for an OrmPC order, customers should contact OrmPC support with their order details. Our team will provide return instructions and assist throughout the process.

3. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.

4. Defective Items & Warranty

If you receive a defective or damaged product purchased through OrmPC, please contact our support team immediately. Many products include manufacturer warranties, and we will help guide you through replacement or warranty support where applicable.

5. Orders Completed Outside OrmPC

In some cases, OrmPC may display products that redirect customers to external checkout experiences. For such purchases, return and refund handling is governed by the policies of the platform where the order was completed.
